Refund & Cancellation Policy

ScoreSetu sells digital exam-preparation content delivered instantly online. Please read this policy before purchasing.

1. Nature of the product

Purchases grant immediate digital access to the full question bank. Because access is granted instantly and the content is consumable, purchases are non-refundable once full access has been unlocked, except as provided under our 7-day money-back guarantee (Section 3) and for the billing errors covered in Section 4.

2. Free preview

We provide free preview questions so you can evaluate the quality and format before you buy. We encourage you to try the preview first.

3. 7-day money-back guarantee

We want you to buy with confidence. If ScoreSetu Pro isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that at the time of your request you have:

• attempted fewer than 20% of the questions in the bank, and
• not completed (submitted) a full-length timed mock exam.

These limits let you thoroughly evaluate the product while preventing misuse of instantly-delivered digital content. To claim, email info@scoresetu.in from your registered address with your payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, and access to Pro is removed.

4. Billing errors (duplicate or failed delivery)

If you were charged but did not receive access, or were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us within 7 days at info@scoresetu.in with your payment reference. Verified duplicate or failed-delivery charges are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, regardless of usage.

5. Cancellation

As this is a one-time digital purchase (not a subscription), there is no recurring billing to cancel.
