ScoreSetu sells digital exam-preparation content delivered instantly online. Please read this policy before purchasing.

1. Nature of the product

Purchases grant immediate digital access to the full question bank. Because access is granted instantly and the content is consumable, purchases are generally non-refundable once full access has been unlocked.

2. Free preview

We provide free preview questions so you can evaluate the quality and format before you buy. We encourage you to try the preview first.

3. Eligible refunds

If you were charged but did not receive access, or were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us within 7 days at info@scoresetu.in with your payment reference. Verified duplicate or failed-delivery charges will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellation

As this is a one-time digital purchase (not a subscription), there is no recurring billing to cancel.
